We will process your personal data on the basis of a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

We will retain your data for a period of 5 years after the termination of the contract (taking into account the limitation period for claims available to the controller).
5. Recipients of data.
We will transfer your personal data to our service providers to whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, such as IT service providers, accounting staff, law firms, and subcontractors. Such entities process the data on the basis of an agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

• the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data
